### What is Ocean Pass
Ocean Pass functions as an ecosystem participation credential and access-rights layer.
The core identity and access system within Oceanea.
Every user receives an Ocean Pass upon registration.
Ocean Pass defines a user's participation level, growth efficiency, ecosystem privileges, and access rights across the network.
Unlike traditional memberships, Ocean Pass is deeply integrated into gameplay, hardware experiences, ecosystem participation, and future governance opportunities.
Ocean Pass is the primary identity layer of Oceanea.

Users receive V0 upon registration and can upgrade through purchase.
It is not required to participate—but it accelerates growth, unlocks deeper experiences, and enhances earning potential.
Different pass levels are designed for different types of participants:
* Entry-level participants
* Active ecosystem users
* Core long-term supporters
The system aims to balance accessibility, ecosystem participation, and long-term community alignment.

### Ocean Pass Tiered Privileges Matrix
1. **Identity-Driven Asset Acceleration**
**Higher Tier, Faster Growth.** Unlock exclusive rare item packs, gain priority access to premium content, and earn the right to establish and govern Ocean Guilds.
2. **Identity-Driven Hardware Allocation**
**Hardware Benefits & Priority Access.** Receive exclusive hardware vouchers redeemable for X-ARTURA devices and future equipment. Higher-tier Pass holders enjoy priority access to new zones, hardware beta programs, and VR experience reservations.
3. **Identity-Driven Yield Distribution**
**Network Rewards & Yield Rights.** Your Pass tier determines reward allocation across the Oceanea ecosystem, including TGE distributions, node incentives, and physical business revenue sharing.
According to the current framework, pass holders may also become eligible for future ecosystem incentive distributions based on participation structure and holding conditions.
